Allie brings over a decade of professional experience in crafting impactful marketing strategies, but her passion for branding began long before her career. Even as a child, she was drawn to the art of communication, collecting eye-catching advertisements and thought-provoking promotional items—proof that marketing has always been in her DNA. With a unique blend of creative artistry and a sharp, business-driven mindset, Allie excels at developing high-quality branding and marketing strategies that deliver real results. She has a talent for seeing the big picture while seamlessly connecting it to the finer details, driving businesses forward with clarity and purpose. Known for her ability to uncover the best in both organizations and people, Allie communicates those strengths to the world with authenticity and impact. Allie lives in Charlotte, NC, with her husband, Tyler, and their three children.

Sam Casey
Sam has spent over two decades leading sales and marketing efforts in high-growth organizations in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. As a business owner and marketer, he enjoys creating strategies for growth and connecting with the Charlotte community. He has a heavy focus on digital marketing, lead generation, attribution, content creation, search engine optimization, and driving bottom-line profitability for our clients. Sam heads up Business Development and Strategy for Verity and loves seeing great businesses thrive and flourish through innovation and creativity. In a former life, Sam was a professional soccer player and captained his college team to 2 NCAA National Championships during his college years at Messiah University. These days he still remains very active on the bicycle, tennis or pickleball courts, or coaching his kids on the soccer field. He serves on the board of Collaborative Counseling Group and advisory to Project 658, a refugee mission he co-founded 17 years ago. When he’s not in Charlotte, he enjoys time out West in the Rocky Mountains, skiing, biking, fly fishing, and getting inspired by creation. He is married to his lovely wife Heidi, and they have two children and reside in Matthews, NC.

With over a decade of experience in graphic design, marketing, and brand strategy, I bring a comprehensive understanding of how visual elements can strengthen brand narratives and drive consumer engagement. My background with NASCAR, a large brewery, and a commercial real estate firm has taught me to create designs that not only capture attention but also authentically connect with target audiences.
My experience in translating market trends into compelling visual stories, combined with my practical knowledge of production processes and technical requirements, allows me to hit the ground running while bringing fresh perspectives to your creative team.

Madeline Groves is a strategic, people-first marketing professional with over six years of experience and an MBA. She excels at driving successful campaigns and building strong relationships with clients, teams, and partners. Madeline combines her expertise in client relations, project management, and creative problem-solving to deliver results that have real impact. Prior to her marketing career, she worked on her family’s farm. Outside of work, you can find Madeline chasing two young kids and a fluffy labradoodle along the greenway in Matthews, North Carolina!

Megan is a creative and detail-oriented marketing assistant with a passion for crafting engaging campaigns and driving growth. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Dallas, and together they raise their two energetic boys, Johnny and Jackson. Megan finds joy in both personal growth and serving others. Her heart for helping those around her has led her to meaningful involvement with Verity, where she hopes to continue to make a positive impact.
Grace combines her skills in photography and social media management to help brands shine. With a background in visual storytelling, she brings both artistry and strategy to every project, creating content that’s not only eye catching but also effective. Grace is passionate about bringing out the beauty and uniqueness of every brand we work with, ensuring that each client’s online presence reflects their true identity.
